7-Day Pilot Terms

1. Pilot Overview
The ServicePulse AI 7-Day Pilot ("Pilot") is a limited trial period designed to give trade and service business operators a hands-on experience with the Platform. During the Pilot, you will receive access to core Platform features so you can evaluate how ServicePulse AI fits into your business operations.
The Pilot begins on the date your account is activated and access is granted. The 7-day period runs consecutively from that date, including weekends and holidays.
The Pilot is subject to these terms as well as our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
2. What's Included
During the Pilot, you receive access to the core ServicePulse AI platform features as described in your Pilot agreement or onboarding materials. This typically includes access to the dashboard, lead management, AI-powered call handling, SMS automation, review request tools, and basic reporting.
Our team will provide onboarding support to help you configure your account and begin using the Platform during the Pilot period. Support is available through email and the Platform during normal business hours.
3. What's Excluded
Implementation & Launch fees, usage charges, ad spend, third-party service fees, custom implementation, data migration, Platform Expansions, and managed Stoke Media services may be excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Features or services not explicitly included in your Pilot agreement are not part of the Pilot and may require separate agreements or additional fees. Premium integrations, custom API development, white-label configurations, and dedicated account management are examples of services that are typically not included in the Pilot.
Any third-party costs incurred during the Pilot (such as advertising spend, phone number provisioning, or domain registration) are your responsibility regardless of whether you continue beyond the Pilot.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the Platform during the Pilot period, you may cancel before the Pilot period ends. Refund eligibility and terms are governed by the specific Pilot agreement you signed or accepted at the time of enrollment.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@servicepulseai.com before the Pilot period ends. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
Refunds do not apply to third-party costs, ad spend, usage-based charges, or any services delivered and completed during the Pilot period. Fees for any add-ons, expansions, or managed services activated during the Pilot are non-refundable.
5. After the Pilot
At the end of the 7-day Pilot period, your account will transition to the subscription plan selected during onboarding, and standard billing will begin. You will be notified before this transition occurs.
If you choose not to continue, you must cancel before the Pilot period ends to avoid being billed for the first subscription period. Your data will remain available for export for a limited time after cancellation.
If you continue, all data, configurations, and settings from the Pilot will carry over to your active subscription seamlessly.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel the Pilot at any time during the 7-day period by contacting us at hello@servicepulseai.com or through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current Pilot period.
Upon cancellation, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and your data will be available for export for a reasonable period. After that period, your data may be permanently deleted.
Cancellation of the Pilot does not affect any obligations or charges incurred before the cancellation date.
